IBERIAN SINFONIETTA CONTINÚA SUS CONCIERTOS ESTE NUEVO AÑO BAJO EL TÍTULO "ENTRE DOS CENTURIAS"

IBERIAN SINFONIETTA CONTINUES ITS CONCERTS THIS NEW YEAR UNDER THE TITLE "BETWEEN TWO CENTURIES"

The third concert of the 21-22 season of the Community Concerts organized by Iberian Sinfonietta at the Peace Palace in Fuengirola will take place next Saturday, January 22 at 7:00 p.m. under the direction of its chief conductor Juan Paulo Gómez .

With the title Between Two Centuries , the concert program is made up of a series of works by composers who lived between the second half of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th, and different languages ​​and aesthetics can be appreciated even though they are practically contemporaries. These works will be the Variations on a Tchaikovsky Theme by Anton Arenski (1861-1906), the Capriol Suite by Peter Warlock (1894-1930), the Variations on the Kol Nidrei, Op. 47 by Max Bruch (1838-1920), in which the Malaga cellist Carmen María Elena González will perform the solo part, the Italian Serenade by Hugo Wolf (1860-1903) and the program will conclude with the third suite of the Arias and ancient dances by Ottorino Respighi (1879-1936).

Like all concerts belonging to the Community Concerts cycle and in accordance with the philanthropic ideal of Iberian Sinfonietta with respect to the community, the concerts are free to the public, with access controlled until the permitted capacity is reached.
