Lorena Fernández Cabello
He finished his studies at the Málaga Conservatory of Music in 2009, having received classes from Patricio Medina, Francisco Puyana, Sergio Faus and Raúl Díaz. Starting this year, he is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Orchestral Studies at the Guildhall School of Drama & Music in London, taught by teachers Hugh Seenan, Jeffrey Briant, Jonathan Lipton, Andrew Clark and Richard Bissil. He has taken improvement courses with teachers: Óscar Sala, Miguel Ángel Colmenero, Daniel Bourgue, Thomas Müller, Ab Koster, Juan José Llimerá, David Pyatt, Raúl Díaz, among others.
In the orchestral and chamber field, he has collaborated with numerous musical institutions, including the Municipal Band of Malaga, the OJA, the Malaga Philharmonic Orchestra, the Guildhall School of Drama & Music Symphony Orchestra, the Andalusian Chamber Orchestra, the Camerata Instrumental. from the Gran Teatro Falla de Cádiz, the Málaga Black Quintet brass quintet, the Vent de Sable sextet, with which he won the 1st Young Performers Award in 2009, the Mainake Ensemble and the BRASSARQUÍA brass quintet. Since 2005 he has been a member of the Malaga Provincial Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, she is part of the TROMPÍSSIM@ ensemble from Málaga, as a performer and director. From 2016 to the present, she has collaborated as director of the Municipal Music Bands of Sedella and Cómpeta.
Currently, she collaborates as a teacher at the Andalusian Horn Academy and is a regular horn teacher at the Gonzalo Martín Tenllado Professional Conservatory of Music.
