José Jaime Gómez
Born in Dos Hermanas (Seville). He started out in music with his father, a saxophone teacher. He finished his professional studies with the title of Honorable Mention at the "Cristóbal de Morales" Professional Conservatory in Seville with José Daniel Guillén.
Subsequently, he received classes from renowned teachers such as Cristina Gómez Godoy (soloist Staatskapelle of Berlin), Nicolas Carpentier (soloist of the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra), José Manuel Monteagudo (soloist of the Seville Symphony Orchestra), José Antonio Masmano (oboe/horn of the City of Granada Orchestra), Sara Rhoper (soloist of the Seville Symphony Orchestra), José Luis García (Soloist of the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra), Cayetano Castaño (soloist of the Madrid Opera Symphony Orchestra and Professor at the Superior Conservatory of Madrid) and René Martín Rodriguez (Professor at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Málaga).
As an orchestral instrumentalist, he regularly collaborates with the "Cristóbal de Morales" Baroque Orchestra, Baremboi-Said Foundation Orchestra, Andalusian Youth Orchestra, Malaga Symphony Orchestra, Ceuta International Symphony Orchestra, Mediterranean Youth Orchestra, University of Almería, Zarzuela Company of the Andalusian Lyric Theater, Music Bands, Symphonic Bands and chamber groups, playing in theaters such as the Real Theater in Madrid, Palau de la Música in Barcelona, the Price Circus Theater in Madrid, Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, Teatro Cervantes in Málaga, Teatro Revellín in Ceuta, Teatro de Valladolid, Sala María Cristina in Málaga, Maestro Padilla, etc. Likewise, he has worked with many orchestra conductors such as Juanjo Mena, Michael Thomas, Hernandez Silva, Jerome Ireland, Henrie Adams, Archil Pochkhua, Irene Gómez Calado, Ferrer Ferrán, etc.
In his role as a soloist, he has collaborated with the Sinfonietta "San Francisco de Paula", Baroque Orchestra "Cristóbal de Morales", Classical Orchestra of Granada, Orquesta Promusica de Málaga and with the Mediterranean Youth Orchestra.
He has also recorded copla albums with Estrella Morente, Nazaret Compas, participating in the album tours.
Currently, he is completing his higher degree at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Malaga, while simultaneously learning at the Baremboi-Said Academy of Orchestral Studies with the soloist of the Seville Symphony, José Manuel Monteagudo.
